AT&T Park is home of the San Francisco Giants! At&T Park was formerly known as Pacific Bell, and christened the AT&T Park in 2006.
The park stretches out along the San Francisco Bay, a segment of which is named McCovey Cove in honor of former Giants player Willie McCovey. The Giants' new home features an inspiring nine-foot statue of America's greatest living ballplayer. At the public entrance you will be impressed by Willie Mays, Portuguese water dogs, an 80-foot Coca-Cola bottle with playground slides and a miniature AT&T Park behind left field that has become a famous playground for kids of all of ages. The Golden Gate Bridge connects the city of San Francisco to Marin County, California. It spans almost two miles across the Golden Gate, the narrow strait where San Francisco Bay opens to meet the Pacific Ocean. In 1933 construction commenced and after 4 years the bridge was finally erected to connect San Francisco to its northern neighbors. Today the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge is one of the 7 wonders of the modern world.

Alcatraz Island is located in San Francisco Bay, 1.25 miles (2.01 km) offshore from San Francisco, California. The small island was developed with facilities for a lighthouse, a military fortification, a military prison (1828), and a federal prison from 1934 until 1963. Take a boat ride over to the famous Alcatraz Island, then step back in time as you walk the cemented floors and pass the prisoners cell rooms. The San Francisco Zoo is open 365 days a year. Come see over 2,000 exotic, endangered, and rescued animals and majestic, peaceful gardens full of native and foreign plants.
The Zoo provides hours of family fun for the yong and the young at heart. These animals and unique creatures from around the world will delight everyone! Only 11.4 miles.
The park is open daily, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Last admission into the Zoo is one hour before closing time; last member admission is 30 minutes before closing time. Children ages 14 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult while on Zoo grounds.

While the park is free to visit during the day, popular attractions charge admission, such as deYoung Museum, California Academy of Sciences and Conservatory of Flowers.
